Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, a part of Hilton Worldwide, has opened the Waldorf Astoria Chengdu, the brand’s 200th property in Asia Pacific. The luxury hotel blends classic elegance and modern grandeur with inspirational environments and modern luxuries.

Located in the new, thriving financial district of Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone in Western China, the 289-room Waldorf Astoria Chengdu is housed within the high-end in99 Plaza, a 190,000 square meter mixed-use development comprising a retail mall, office towers, and apartment towers.

Soaring 52 stories high, the hotel is situated close to the New Century Global Center, the Metro Station, and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. It offers tranquil guest rooms with culturally inspired décor and 6 restaurants and lounges, including a rooftop bar with scenic views of the city.

Others include personal concierge cabinet at the entryway of each room, 24-hour fitness center, 25-meter heated indoor pool and spa with private treatment suites. For events and meetings, the hotel offers a grand ballroom and five meeting rooms, with a combined area of over 2,000 square meters.
